Default Itsy Bitsy Spider

You know I love these little guys, This ones about the size of small grain of rice. Taken with my MP-E-65mm Macro lens and the MT-24 ex twin flash approx 2 X's
The focus wasn't perfect, but I liked the colors and he is an interesting little guy!

Great detail Michael and the background colours are super mate. As usual, this is another excellent capture.

Great detail on a tiny little spider, seeing him reminds me to wear the glasses then maybe I would find these.

Hi Michael. I've looked at this shot in the original size and I'm somewhat dumbstruck by how perfectly "matched" this guy is to the leaf. "Nature" certainly does a wonderful job in the camouflage end of creation. The colorful background is a nice setting for this shot.

Thanks Fred! I was actually trying to capture a Lady Bug when I saw this guy out of the corner of my eye. He was will, so I obliged him.

Thank You Phishlady! I'm still nervous around spiders, but I'm also fascinated with them as well. Glad you find him as interesting as I did.

Very nice shot.
Thanks Primetime! I wasn't going to give him a shot a biting me. I've been bitten by baby black widow spiders the size of a pin head and they hurt!!!1

I think thats what fascinates me Lindyanna; Their adaptability. Not just spiders, but I've seen several other species that have adapted to their primary habitat. look at this mantis and see how they've adapted to just one kind of foliage in our orchard. Notice it's tail piece and the plates on it's back. They perfectly match the plant he's hunting on.

They truly are amazing.

Michael, I really like your insect shots. You make them so vivid and large haha! Love the colors on this one. The background even seems like a painting for me hehe. Great job!
