This is a lovely picture Bill, great care and attention to detail. I suggest memebers view in large size through Flickr to fully appeciate, good job buddy

I love grass as a foreground frame for any photo and this is no exception. I also love the symetrical pattern of blue windows in the building. I presume they are reflecting the sky. Very prettily, too, I might add. Your "fresh eyes" approach to viewing mindfully that which has been backdrop is yielding a beautiful result.
