I'm new to this hobby too. I've only been getting to know my very 1st SLR for 5 weeks now and these are some of my 1st attempts on water droplet photos.

Saandhi, I shot this in the kitchen sink.

capturing water drops are not as easy....
it's all about petience, focus and keep snapping...
