Default Beauty and the Beast Part 2

So the beast tonight was sitting on my car when I went out to go pick up my daughter. Now apparently most sane non-photo folks would have killed the thing as soon as they saw it, but no, not me, I ran into the house to grab the camera praying it wont fly away. Lucky me, it didn't. Now lucky you who stop and look at it

the beauty is this amazing rose. The past few days I have been watching it and shooting it. It was the most perfect bud I have ever grown. Today I went out to look right at sunset and found that it had transformed into a perfect rose blossom. I don't usually like b/w flowers, however this one I do

Love that rose! As for the bug, I couldn't help but notice that it looks as though in that first shot it peed in its pants when you got the lens that close!

Pee'd it's Pants!!! Ha ha ha l.o.l!!!
Love the rose Teedlepeep! It works well in B & W, I should remember that, It seems every time I try to capture a Rose, it comes out over exposed.
Ok, you took the picture of the bug, then did you kill it!!!
Thanks for Sharing these.

Appreciate that ! I know how you feel. When I got this camera I had to wait a bit before I could add on to the arsenal. First I got some extension tubes, then I ended up getting a cheapie zoom/macro lens. Now I want a dedicated quality macro lens.

Thank You!! Try going out at sunset, the colors are soooo much better. You only have a few minutes, but it is so worth it!! No, I didn't kill the bug. She was gracious enough to pose for me for a bit, so I let her go. Sigh, I know, I'm a sucker.

That tummy full of blood is what caught my eye too! And she was just sitting there not moving at all. She stayed like that for a minute or so. It just amazes me the things I think of to take pics of lol
