Focal Length: 55 mm
ISO Speed: 100
Exposure Bias: 0 EV
Flash: Off, Did not fire

Exposure Program: Aperture-priority AE
Metering Mode: Spot

There's kinda descriptions in the images on Flickr but out of like 120 odd pics taken these are the best I think. It's annoying as there is a really good spot which I want to revisit but it's a case of mastering how to take silhouettes for starters. But I do know that a, I should be ready next time and b, I can definately feel like my photography is improving since I started which was just over a year ago now!

Wow, I absolutely love the first one. Not only is the sky gorgeous, but the detail in the tree and the water just make it fantastic.

colors on both images are vibrant and vivid .. you are definitely on the right track with capturing macros .. like everything else, practice is your best friend .. don't give up .. pay a visit to this area again

I feel nostalgic when I look at the 1st photo. It has beautiful colors but are dark due to the theme silhouette. Congrats.
