Default Vehicle Graveyard

I spent a weekend down in Texas and stumbled across a graveyard of old farm equipment and a few cars. I would have loved to spend hours taking pictures there, but I was told to be careful of rattle snakes and diamond backs, so I didn't want to get in too close or stay too long.

Great shots, really like the old truck. Funny you should post these, as I'm from Texas too, and I was just looking at some shots I had taken at a dog trial, held in Temple Texas, at the Early Day tractor exhibition fairgrounds. I have a few pics that look just like yours, and I hadn't thought much of them at the time, but now they're looking a little better to me ;-)

I wanted to spend all day there - the palce would be incredible for macro photography. The problem is, with all the small places and shadows, who knows what lives there? I don't want to be the person that stumbles onto a snake's nest (there was an 8-foot diamond back in an area nearby).

I like the second one with that harvester. It is a combine harvester right?
