Default The Old abandoned Boathouse

Hi all Trust your all well?

Been out to a old victorian park tonight armed with the camera, this is an old abandoned boathouse where in the day you could hire rowing boats on the lake. It was on these boats that my mom & dad first met.

Thanks for looking, comments as always more than welcome.

Very impressive location Glyn, and an equally impressive picture. I'm hoping this marks a return to regular postings buddy, you've been missed

regards beach

Hi Hayward
Yeah it is a very peaceful place, with sentiment attached, mind you it was probably not very peaceful the day my parents met, they all got banned off the boats fro lifem, for playing up!
Thanks again for your kind words.

Beautiful Landscape Glyn; I'm glad they preserved this boathouse; It looks well taken care of.
Thanks for Sharing this

Looks like a fabulous place to meet someone.....someone needs to get the boat business going again! I want to rent one for a leisurely row with my wife

Very nice. The dark sky adds a bit of drama. That would be a neat place to go back to during different seasons -- capture the same shot in fall & winter, for instance.
