Wink Amazing what you find in the garden...

I've been MIA for awhile here...popping in here and there when I've been able to, as things have been very busy for me! I haven't even taken my camera out of the bag in days, till today.

After viewing Barb's thread, I decided to go out to my garden to see if I could find anything interesting. Here's what I found:

First hydrangea bloom of the summer:

Hydrangea

First lilies of the summer:

Red Lily

And, much to my surprise...........

The first fairy of summer!!!

Fairy Princess

Fairy Princess

As always, thank you for looking, and I hope you enjoy!

I have missed you! Too busy now with all those professional scheduled photo shoots to hang out with amateurs like me any more? I see how you are now. Just kidding! Great to see you!
The flowers are gorgeous! I love the multiple soft pastel colors in the hydrangea and the Lilly is just stunning. Great composition there.
You have an adorable fairy in your yard! She looks so cute, I can just see her imagination going full speed.
Great series!

Two beautiful flowers Susan and the colour and detail are lovely. And then I scroll down to find a lovely surprise. A gorgeous little fairy. She is so cute and your captures of her could't be better. You sure made up for being MIA. Lovely work Susan.

Jake.

Love the colours in the hydrangea, a solid and satisfying bloom, then the more delicate yet vibrant reds in the lilies.
You don't see too many fairies these days Mrs H, only when teeth go astray, but heres one in two quite different settings. Shes waiting to grant the final wish in the first, and then listening for the kind words from the tree, welcome back Susan.
