Default 300 plus 500 = DEER !

I was driving down the street in my development and spotted this critter. Pulled out my handy D"300" which just happened to have my Tamron 200-"500"mm lens mounted and shot these HAND HELD from the car window:

I would guess he was about 30 feet away.
