Awww, I was going to be sad those grand kids are adorable but these made me smile. Stunning work. Gorgeous flowers! I really can not pick a fav I love them all.

that last flower is amazing. What are the ornage ones I thought fungi but they look so hard ? I love all these great captures hard to pick a fave here nice job.. in fact you could use the second one for the three challenge someone set last night in here here's the link !

Wow, your close ups are always so top notch.....the colors are so rich and yet subdued with the most gorgeous light.....How do you do that teacher?

Thankyou FoG,The orange ones are fungi they are a wood fungi and they are fairly firm to touch. They like to grow on dead wood.

Teacher ! ha ha (you made me blush Sir Patrick) I don't know Patrick I tend to use the `suck and see method` my results are still very random although the knowledge is slowly sinking in and I am getting much better and more results. Thankyou.

Thanks teedlepeep, the third one is my favorite, it hardly has any PP done on it even the ghosting on the top of the picture came from the camera.

Sorry Michelle nearly missed this one. I have had a lot on lately and trying to catch up.
The colours and clarity of these amazing images are stunning. I just love the second one. They are all so lovely.

thanks Jake, the second one must be more a masculine thing, there seems to be a pattern here.
