Default His Sax Sang Baby ;)

I took candid shots at my cousin's wedding yesterday! (note to self: photographers should NOT wear heels) This beautiful man was part of the live band and was making his sax sing! sounded beautiful but i thought with his face half in shadows that he looked just as beautiful as he played. Thanks for looking and hope you like more wedding shots coming later... when i get them perfect in Photoshop ha ha

Hey Kimi,

Congrats on your family occasions.
You really captured the moment.
This picture has the "Je Ne Sais Quoi" that makes it transcend the 2D capture.

I can feel the blues...

What a classy picture Kimi, love the feel and B+W works perfectly. Its a very emotional picture and having looked at it for some time I'm still not sure what he's thinking. Whatever it is, it looks pretty important.
Well done Kimi, a picture with real sax appeal, nice job and don't forget to buy some flats

This is one of those pictures that is timeless. It looks like it could have been taken in the fifties or the sixties, it transcends time.It is a great photograph.

This is a fantastic picture you should see if he would like one it is simply brilliant and captures not only him well but seems to fit the whole Sax feel too had you said guess the instrum, ent he plays with a crop sax would have sprung to mind great shot

I have to remind myself about the heels...you want to look nice and fit in but there a killer...i ended up in bare feet last time..not very professional but it was that or pass out with pain...love the black and white effect you have done with this photo...its truly stunning.
great job and looking forward to seeing more.

I'm glad you liked the b&w, you know i looked at it for awhile too and in a way i feel like i just want to take a deep breath for him, like maybe he's done this one too many times. i don't know, he sure was beautiful when he smiled and i got pics of that too but this one i thought had something special. YES heels bad... flats good. thanks beach

Thank you for the kind words, you know last night was the first night people have ever recognized me as a photographer... i guess it feels strange to me to think someone would want a photo i take. i still have so much learning to do as well as increasing my confidence.
