Default Few Macro Bug Shots...hanging out on the flowers

I caught these over at Shrine Lake north of Santa Monica.

Bee Collecting Pollen:


Moth slurping up some nectar:


Notice the rear legs where the bee is holding the pollen:

Thank you! It is often hard to do in these photos with a 50mm so close to the subject.

*seethes in jealous rage* NICE shots the bee I eep trying to get keeps flying off as my lil P&S needs to be within 10cm and he Hates it lol

Thanks again...It is so tough to get crisp shots so damn close. The autofocus has a very hard time even when you bump up that aperture.
