Arrow The Visitor...

Our day lilies are blooming nicely (finally! poor things do not get enough light where they are), so thought I'd capture a few images.
Had fun doing some minor processing with them to make them pop a bit.
Still have not mastered the framing just yet, but I guess this ones a'ight.

Beautiful yellow color, and a nice critter surprise in the second one.

Thank you, Mike! Critter surprise, indeed. I'm not a fan of ants, but this one was tiny enough..he didn't "bug" me so much. (ba-dum-bum)

Thanks, FBOAH! The color in these reminds me of sunshine. If the visitor had been a little higher on the stamen, he might've blended right in!

Winds come and fling trees around, disrupting lives. And yet. Spring comes and bright yellow flowers continue to bloom and delight. There's a comfort in that. In that context, these are particularly lovely.
