Default Jersey City Decay

I took these pictures at an abondoned factory in downtown Jersey City, NJ. I'm surprised it's even still there with all the residential high rises around it.

Anyway, your comments are appreciated.

I found out over the weekend that there is a plan to turn this building into some sort of arts center. It will be used as the center of the "Powerhouse Arts District" in Jersey City.
