Default my "abandoned" submission and a ladybug

This was my submission back a couple of weeks ago for the abandoned assignment.

DSC_6135

This is a different bee than any I have seen before...all black.

DSC_7074

This is a log with a bunch of moss covered lichens etc. The lighting through the trees is what caught my attention.

DSC_7160

This might be the same ladybug as yesterdays...not sure...I saw several.....I grabbed this one and set it on the curb and no it wouldn't stay still. It wanted to get as close to the grass as it could and so it eventually decided to get off the concrete and back into its jungle.

These are all really cool! I love the mysterious lighting in the moss covered tree, cool. The ladybug looks so cool reaching like that. Your abandoned shot was very creative, good thinking.
The "anorexic bee" is WICKED! I have never and I hope I never see one of those. Great find, great focused shot but way creepy!

The set has very sharp colors and I like staring at them. Nice shot on the bug as it stands on its feet.

Ah Ha! You like dappled sunlight, too! There's a story in your first shot. Why would a fresh bouquet end up in the trash? I guess "sorry" didn't cut it? Very intriguing. Your bug, bee and wasp photos are so good! Informative, too. I've never seen any of these guys. Love them!

The colours in the first one along with the detail is excellent and wow amazing capture of the funny looking bee. and the last one is a super shot. I just love using the light from the sun and you used it so well her Patrick. Great work buddy.
