Cool The "Dad Look" has nothing on this guy..

Just a couple shots I did of an Eagle that I was kind of proud of.. thought I'd share. I didn't post the exposure info because the processing pretty much nullified the need for it. Hope you all like!

Bald Eagle - HDR-ish?

By the way.. I'm pretty sure my computer monitor tends to show me colors darker than they actually appear. Since some of you probably have properly calibrated screens, could you please let me know if that second shot has any light blotches in the dark background behind his head...just want to make sure I didn't miss anything editing it. Thanks a bunch!

"Just a couple shots I did of an Eagle that I was kind of proud of"

I think you can change "kind of", to very proud of. I am proud just to be able to see them. In all seriousness, they both are superb and not only for the detail but also in showing the spirit and dignity of this great Eagle.

These are both fantastic shots. WOW! Really stunning work, you should be so very proud. I know I would be!

And no wonder you were proud of them Shutternut they are both super captures. Razor sharp detail and both great angles. You did good, well done.

Jake.

Thanks Fred. That's very kind of you. I'm glad I can count these two as a success.

Thank you Jake. I'm glad the detail came through ok. I was afraid I'd lose some with the processing.
