Default Backlash: Less than ideal shots with new G10

Some shots of a local cover band taken with my new Canon G10.

Not ideal conditions for this camera but I think they came out OK.

Yep - Well done.. Smaller sensor and less than favourable light. You did well!

I have been looking for a small camera that will work in this environment. So far I am happy with the G10. I don't mind a bit of noise. It think it adds to the mood of the shot. Friday night was the first time using it so I think after a few more times I will learn the camera better. The only step up from here is a Sigma Dp2. But I am not sure about the fixed focal length.
