In my way to work I got stuck in traffic by a huge cement truck. At first I felt intimidated by its size and overall scary looks. After a while, minutes that felt never-ending, the beauty of the impressive piece of machinery started to become obvious. I imagined it being purple and that reminded me of a silly TV character named Barney. Barney used to be a purple dinosaur. I guess it was made purple not to scare the kids. I grabbed my camera and Bang! Trafic unjammed, got to work and processed it during lunch time.

Hope you like it. One of theses purple days... ![]() EXIF data: Camera: Canon PowerShot SX100 IS Exposure: 0.004 sec (1/250) Aperture: f/3.2 Focal Length: 9.1 mm Exposure: +0.38 ISO Speed: 100

LOL, great story flavio, I like the cement truck more than the dinosaur and the flower much more than the truck. Good work buddy!

Purple happens to be one of my favorite colors, and I love the creativity you showed in the cement truck shot! LOL at the Barney reference...I'm SO glad my daughter is out of the stage where she loved watching Barney a LOT...LOL!
The flower is gorgeous. Really nice work, thanks for sharing!
