Default Ghats of Ganges

Ghats @ Ganges

This is a picture of the famous ganges river which i have taken during the boat ride, worked with by changing the exposure...

Looks like a very interesting and active spot. Is this a market or meeting spot?

Exposure looks good to me.

@Chip : Ganges is India's most sacred river. ( Trust me, we have many! ) And this, If i'm not mistaken seems to be the evening aarti (prayer) with hymns and diyas. It is a very vibrant and spiritual affair.

Nice exposure and compositon. Very warm exposure. I find the upper corner vingetting a little distracting but the shot is nice overall.

Hi,

Thanks for the comment, it is a river, and due to other boat movements, there are waves which make it uneven.

I like the warm tone of the photo and I like the perspective of the shot. However, I also find the vignetting a little distracting. BUt generally, a very nice photo. Thanks for sharing!
