Presenting the Nightblooming Cereus or Reina de la Noche. Known as the moon or luna flower, they bloom just one or two nights of the year near the end of May. It is necessary to arrange a tryst with them in the early hours, in this case, at 1:00 A.M. It reminded me a little of Audrey Hepburn meeting Cary Grant in the movie Charade. See if these lines don't seem to fit.
Audrey Hepburn: You're blocking my view. Cary Grant: Ohh... which view would you prefer? Audrey Hepburn: The one you're blocking. ![]() Audrey Hepburn: Well, wasn't it Shakespeare that said, "When strangers do meet in far off lands, they should e'er long see each other again"? Cary Grant: Shakespeare never said that! ![]() Cary Grant: Oh, you should see your face. Audrey Hepburn: What's the matter with it? Cary Grant: It's lovely. ![]() Audrey Hepburn: Do you know what's wrong with you? Cary Grant: No, what? Audrey Hepburn: Nothing!

Beautiful shots. I especially love the first - the colors are wonderful. Great pairing with the movie lines. Adore Audrey Hepburn and Cary Grant. Two of my all-time favorites. Thanks for sharing.

I am constantly learning from what you do with your wonderful images, as you know I am working on lyrics and music so to speak.. So for me this contribution is another HUGE lesson. And since you already know how much I love your stuff that I don't have to say much about your choice of colors and the words you tie to the photos so well, cause I've written more then enough in prior comments lol. Thank you Sansei
I do love Grant and Hepburn movies,, they were both really cool...Gunga Din is one of my all time favorite movies !! and I like her she was almost too pretty(almost) and her no nonsense Sister Kathrine and Spenser Tracy movies were too funny ..really great choice. 1am ??? Sheesh, you party animal !! The third has a light BG , how'd ya do that ?? I'm thinking they were all shot at night , curious as Felix the cat ? Vin
