Smile My first portrait shoot!

Ok, so I did my first portrait shoot of my friends 2 yr old son. I discovered how hard it is to do a shoot of a rambunctious toddler! Who has a tendancy to be fussy. Since I can only post one picture in the critque section, I thought I'd get some opinions from here. Is there anything that I could do better? Any suggestions? Anything you would do differently? Just tell me what you think. Do you like any of them or no? Be honest, I'm a big girl, I can take it.

All photos taken on a Sony Cybershot ( a point and shoot ) So aperture and shutter cant be changed. Also, I cant afford PS, so I'm using Picasa.

This one is one of my faves even tho it came out fuzzy and I HATE that it did, it's the only one like it. It was SO HARD to get this shot, and I was too close to him when I took it. I was trying to get it quickly. But I tried to soften it by adding film grain and doing it B&W. I also did a glow version of it, that gave it a soft feel.

I Love the look on his face in this one.

I chose the unmarked one of the first if anyone wants to edit it and repost. I'm usually scared of that, but I'll do it for this one.

As always, thanx for looking and appreciate any comments or suggestions.

The bottom is definitely my favourite, great lighting and composition.

The top two are out of focus and I like the composition of the third, but he is under-exposed and a bit yellow-looking because of the relfection of the tunnel plastic. I think that is a tough one to get right without using extra lighting though.
