I think they fell off the nest .. they're not completely covered with feathers yet .. was this in your yard? .. interesting

Yes, they were in our yard...it's a battle every year to see who will make it..if they land in our turtle area they are safe, but my dogs love to chase them, so we try really hard to see that they all make it. I saw my Golden Retriever once reach up and grab a full grown dove right out of the air....so these guys are no contest for him....

They are Soooo Not Cute; Poor things. I hope that you can find their nest or momma comes and gets them. Great Captures though.

Ohhhh No, Now they are going to have to learn how to fly, but before they do, just time to capture some amazing shots with so much detail. You did a great job Leona.
