Default Panoramic Fun!

Well I highly recommend you look at the full image on flickr and be warned its huge but this is my first attempt at a panoramic shot using my rebel and my tripod. I used Photomerge in PS to stitch it all together and I am quite happy with the end result.

What you are looking at it one of Saskatoons neighborhoods taken from a train trestle

Thanks for looking!

Hrm, seems like it's all set to public viewing. I will toy around with it.

Yup that happened to me with one of my panos.

Just in case you didn't know about it, there is an interactive viewer for panos on Flickr that you can use if you prefer scrolling through. It's designed more for 360° or cubic panos, but can still be used if they're not.

Here's the link for the Spi-V for Flickr viewer for your pano:

http://fieldofview.com/flickr/?page=...tht/3615184430

It requires the Shockwave plugin and it can take a while to load, but once it does, you can just drag around to pan through the photo. Shift and control will zoom in and out.

Woah that is a nifty tool! Thanks for sharing! I think it would work better if my image was also a full 360 pan.
