Default Vacation Horrors day 1

We headed to Cudjoe key May 25. I loaded the boat and had it tied up behind the house ready for two weeks of fun fly fishing Tarpon. This is what I woke up to on Day 1
We had planned on going to Key West to watch the sinking of the Vandenberg and get some pics of it going down. I bought a polarizing filter to get some good shots. Well we did get a few shots of the sinking...OF OUR OWN BOAT The boat got caught under one of those 4x4 pilings at low tide and when the tide came in....

What happened, did someone forget the plug? That was always our worst fear. I hope she can be salvaged. Someday I hope you can look back on these and laugh, maybe not now but far into the future. Better luck to you next time! Makes for some interesting shots.

Oh no, my very sincerest of condolences... I know the feeling of expectation turning into a feeling of loss. Looks like the vacation from hell. Hope you were able to have a little fun in spite of the tragedy.
