Default Bob Shoots the Giant!"

I like this photo mainly for the composition. The lighting stunk, and this photo was taken early on just after I got my 40D (and got back into photography after a long, long time).

Your composition is really good. I'm sure the lighting can be enhanced with a little PP in Photoshop, etc.

Interesting shot. Not much you could do about the lighting.
