Default Keep them doggies movin'

Keep movin', movin', movin',
Though they're disapprovin',

I went to a team penning this past weekend to work on some action shots. I always find it difficult to get a good clear shot while the teams are in the pen because you can never predict where they are going and I always have the fencing in the way. Someday, I will figure it out.

Here are a few....

Nice shots! I think the third is my favorite. Just happened to see your post of your new horse over the weekend. She looks beautiful and I think you mentioned some type of competition. Will you be using her to compete in some way?

Thanks Mike. I really like #3 also. Something about his smile just grabbed me.

I do barrel racing and Competitive Trail. My current competitive trail horse turned 23 this year so the new little mare will be his replacement.

Great job Ftboah. You captured the action so well. I like the second one where he is just turning the horse, a little blurred but it shows the movement really well and love the last one too. All in a line. All great captures though. You do have some good photo op's.

Jake.

So I'm gonna have to go on the internet and see what competitive trail is. The horse ears I see in your pictures...isn't he 23 and is he the same horse you do the competitive trail with?
