very well done FD ! the first is just the right size, excellent clarity and details.. contrast and exposure is well balanced. That's some reach with the second.. loss of focus is totally made up with really good details of the craters and the while splash streaks.. really cool shot.

I really have my eye on the 150-500m, it's a nice balance of price, quality and reach and I need it !! .. saw a few shots from the 50-500m not even close to clarity.. I think I might have to start a 20 bucks a week saving account and just save for it.. thanks for showing me what I might get with it

Vin

This is such a great shot. I have a few moon shots, but my biggest lens is only 75 - 300mm sure makes a difference.

I love the first one- it's so ethereal, really brings back stories about moon goddesses!

Great Shot Fred! Very nice detail on the 1st one. I'll have to try one of my own with my 150-500mm. How many extenders did you use to get to 4000mm I can't figure the math out; but then again I'm mathmatically challenged.
Thanks for Sharing
Chewys Dad.
