Default Nature's salad bar

I was trying to shoot these for the assignment, but the deer always turned into the subject, so i scrapped the idea. I like the shots , so it wasn't a total loss. Hope you like them too.

Nice BG on the branch in #1
lol .. you used a deer as a background for a thorn bush branch, what's pretty cool is I got it right away ..anyone can get a deer shot, it takes a little something to think outside the box.. I love it, it's risky and bold and I totally dig it !

Excellent timing in the second, your usual fine focus and color tones are there, no distractions and quite interesting .. good to see a coupla Primetime Nature shot,, thanks much Bud !

Were you close to the deer or did you have a sick zoom lens lol. I cant usually get too close to deer to shoot pics.
