I love how you capture them in flight, not certain of their names but the third one, I am sure, is called Bob.

Nice shots. I know this isn't the forum for stating all the settings and equipment associated with the photo but what kind of glass were you using? I have to use my Sigma 500 mm to get this much detail on a bird in flight.

As to the type of bird, I'm not sure but it resembles the seagulls we have on the texas gulf coast. May be some type of gull?

very nice pics ! the gulls are such a nice looking bird its kinda ironic that most consider them to be pests ,love the shots!

Great shots, I liked the last one the best. In my area we would call this a Ringed-billed gull. I am not sure if you have the same birds in Montreal.

The longest focal length I have is my 105mm prime lens.. so.. I used it.. However, I was sitting next to the guys who were actually feeding the birds in the park.. hence the birds were flying pretty close.. I guess i didn't need the 500mm in this case..

Thank you.. They do make some hell of noise though when someone is trying to feed them.. lol..
