Default Ivy League Tongue Twister

Well, for what these lack, at least my title was clever, LOL!!!!!

"Ivy League"
This is some wild ivy that has been growing up our ancient oak tree for who knows how long. I used this shot for the assignment.

Ivy

"Tongue Twister"
How much wood would a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck had some wood?

This guy visits our yard from time to time. He's extremely skittish and I was lucky to get this one shot of him. Yes, a bit OOF, but he's cute just the same, LOL! He's been visiting more often so I'm hoping to get a better one of him soon.

How much wood would a woodchuck chuck....

As always, thank you so much for taking a peek.

Your woodchuck is adorable. We don't have them down here. We do have a family of racoons that live in my back yard. Up in a tree to be precise.

Love the ivy shot Susan. Simple and yet very effective and nice the way the light is shining on the leaves. And what a cute little fellow. We get nothing like this in our garden, only birds. Great work Susan.

Jake.

Great shot of the ivy. Love the snail on it. It should be a great entry. I have a couple of critters that visit my yard....a rabbit and deer. Got the rabbit, but the deer was a little harder.

Yes, it's a clever title but the photos are even better. Nice work Susan, I like the ivy and the woodchuck. (I assume that's what it is. I've never seen one before.) Thanks for sharing.

I like how the leaves in the BG are so big and the ivy leaves kinda match a little.. really nice color tones and lighting your understanding of " natural lighting " seems to be automatic for you , the ivy is really reflective and yet there's no blown out edges or bright relfections.. well done !

HA ! not so easy shooting little furry fast moving critters ! ( wanna count skeeter bites, me sitting out there on my stool for a few hours trying to be still, I got plenty ) ,, I think you captured " Chucky " quite well , his fur has good detail and the eye is clear and no noise, so it's good ... you might try softening the whole thing, then use a brush and sharpen just the woodchuck it really helps to seperate him from the grass ( just a suggestion, not a critque )

how much did you charge the woodchuck for the sitting ?? LOL
Good stuff Susan
