Default West Ham Park

It's true what they say, that practice makes perfect. I've gone out every day this week with my new camera, and I can already see how I'm improving.

A few shots from my afternoon in West Ham Park today. This park is about a quarter of a mile from the site of the 2012 Olympic Games, and only a few minutes walk from my front door, but I've never been here before. The park has a large ornamental garden and that's where I did my snapping today. I hope you enjoy these - click through to the album for some other shots (including several squirrels, a bee that very magnanimously decided he was going to allow me to shoot him in focus, and a rather forlorn looking cat sitting amongst nettles!)

It looks like a beautiful place...a nice selection of images. I think you're doing just fine with the new camera.
