So this is my first post. I just started getting into photography about 3 and a half months ago. So, I took this picture with my old P&S Sony DH camera on April 12th, 2009, since then I've upgraded to a Canon 40d with the stock lens that comes with the old Rebel model (the 18-55, not sure if it comes with the new model). I also have a Canon 100mm USM Macro lens (takes WAY sharper pictures). I'll clearly need more equipment once I'm really, really serious about photography. Also, before anyone says the investment in the camera was extreme so early in my photography...you're right, but I've spent A LOT of time learning all the settings, how to properly expose shots, EV and WB during certain lights and how to manage aperture vs shutter speeds depending on what look you're going for.
[Critique isn't allowed on "Share Your Shots."] Also if anyone could tell me an easy way to make my pictures take up less space when I post them without degrading quality? Thanks again everyone. Last edited by jiminyClickit; 06-08-2009 at 12:53 AM. |
