Default Some Roses..

I went to Baguio (a popular tourist destination here in the Philippines) and I had the chance to shoot some flowers for the first time. I don't have a macro lens so I just used my kit lens and tried to zoom as much as possible without losing the focus. These flowers were actually on sale and I was fortunate enough that the vendor allowed me to take some photos. Comments are very much welcome. Thank you!

These are awesome captures paul. The colour and detail are stunning and I can almost smell the scent through my screen. Beautiful work.

Jake.

A-O, Jake: Thank you guys for your comments. Never really tried shooting close-ups before these, but I am glad they turned out okay. Thanks!
