Smile Philly shots taken last week

Hi all. New here, but found the site useful and just officially joined the forums today. Anyway, last week, I went out with a few folks and took some shots around Philly, including my first "real" attempt at low shutter speeds and night photography. They were taken with my new D90 and with either the 18-200mm or 50mm nikkor lens.

Some are a little redundant but I still have so much to learn and figured I'd share. Hope you like them. If you have any pointers, suggestions, tips, etc...please forward along!

these are really great shots for a first attempt on night photography! you captured the lights and colors with clarity and vividness. i like the first one with the beautiful water reflection but all together, it was a beautiful set of photos. welcome to dps!

Great Shots all, The night shots are well composed and Great DOF on the third one.
I worked in Philly for a couple of years, lived across the Comodore Berry bridge in Penns Grove NJ. Some of the best memories of my Life back then.
Thanks for Shareing these
Chewys Dad.

Thanks for the welcome and the reviews everyone! Already itching to get out again and experiment with some more night shots. Here's my flickr page if you're interested in seeing the rest.

Looking forward to seeing you guys around the boards!
