Sunrise @ rt. 606 off ramp

We havnen't had a nice sunrise in northern virginia for a long time, either no clouds or all clouds and lots of rain, this little area will dry out to cracked clumps by August. Unless it keeps on raining like it has been. Got lucky on the way to work this day

what a way to greet a new day .. I love this look in the early morning hours .. this is just stunning .. lets hope the right amount of rain will keep this beauty around a little bit longer .. was this straight out of the camera? .. love the contrasty look.. very well done

Thanks for looking, Hayward, I did a little post work,minor selective color, a little curves, but not a whole lot all in all. Of course since I took it, I think the pole adds to ths shot, kinda makes you look up and down thru the shot, but it is after all an off ramp, i was lucky the very bright orange whatever kind of vapor lights on top of the pole had just turned off.
