Smile Results of my First Ever Portrait Shoot!

One of my friends suggested to someone that I would be great to take her graduation photographs. I haven't ever done pictures for anyone that I am not related to... and I haven't even really done anything close to a portrait style shoot!
So... these are a couple from the shoot. It went well. These are Straight Out of the Camera... I have just started "fixing"

Daughter... and parents
The Graduate (grade 12) and her parents

Sitting in Archway
The Graduate sitting in an archway her father made.

There are more that are good too... but I think the first is one of my favourites. There were also some really cool ones with her on her ski-do... in her beautiful dress... with her boyfriend hopped on behind. Very cute. You can see it HERE

I like how you posed her with her parents... kind of the force that fills her sails? Nicely done.

Thanks all!
I love the first one. It was an idea I had... that I am thrilled to see that it worked and gave me the effect I had imagined!!

I love the first one! I can feel so much emotion in this one shot and that is what it's all about. I love that she looks so happy and full of promise and hope for her new future and that her parents look worried and full of trepidation of letting her go. Really a great idea! She is a really cute girl. I love her dress. Very well done!
