That is so beautiful !! I finally saw my first humming bird of the season yesterday, he was at our basketball hoop and not the feeder. Didn't make for a good shot lol

I LOVE IT WIND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Simply beautiful!!!!!!!!!!
We have them like a plague here as well LOL They will land on you and give you THAT LOOK Every time I try and photograph one all I get is BLURR LOL I love the lighting ~ very gentle..I love the DOF, the hummingbird is sooo clear and the wings give a sense of motion! That is FOR SURE one to frame!

Belive me when I say I have taken a ton of these to get a few. One of my favs that I actually had National Geographic send me a relase form for, was of a hummingbird with its tongue sticking out!
The trick is to get to know them first and get them used to you being around. Then they dont care if you are out there in the middle of them
