Macro thistles and buzzy friends

So I got a chance to shoot some great thistles this weekend and as luck would have it, some of our buzzy little friends were hanging out there too! These are my first macro shots that have been worth posting but they could still use some work too so any suggestions are welcomed and appreciated. I have more on my flickr if you're interested. Wow, these are excellent bethard. The detail is so sharp and the colours lovely, DoF is also very good. How nice of the bee to come to have his picture taken on such a lovely flower. This is great work my friend.

Thanks. There were actually a LOT of bees! Wish I would've had more time to shoot them. But then again, I was a little nervous about getting stung!
