Default Great White Egret (x3) & Anhinga

Here are 3 pics of the same great white egret. He was posing nicely. Someone watching it for a while saw it catch 3 fish, but I wasn't that fortunate.

Wow, great captures Chip. The second one is such an excellent pose and in my opinon, the best of this wonderful set. He looks like he is on the brink of a strike. Your detail in these captures is so clear and sharp. This is great work Chip.

Heaterguy - Thanks. I've been by this spot (for the egret shots) many times, but there was no bird and the green grass wasn't nearly so green, either. This one day, though, it all came together.

CHIP!!! these have to be some of the BEST bird shots, I've seen!!! so beautiful and professional looking... you are really giving that camera a work out!

The white bird against the green back ground is perfect! Frame it!!!
