Default Addison's Explorations

We had great weather over the weekend so we all got to play outside quite a bit so I got some fun shots of Addie runnin around and playing with her bubbles. I fought with deciding between color and b&w with a couple of them .... i'm posting the b&w versions here but leaving a link under neath 2 of them w/ the color version. I'm curious to see which version you all like better (if this sort of request would classify this to go in the critique section just ignore that question and just enjoy the pictures )

**I know this one has an unappealing shadow on her chin....i tried to recover it as much as i could but still visible. i liked how it turned out though**

**this one looks a bit underexposed on the color version now that i look at it again**

I am a sucker for kids in black and white. It almost always works well. Gives them that timeless feel. I love the first shot the best. She is just so focused on the bubbles and with a cute little smile. All are precious! Great work!

thank you! i agree....its just makes all their unique little features stand out so much more in B&W and like you said, that classic feel to a photograph. oh ya that was her first time w/ bubbles so she was enthralled with them! it was cute

I love the first one. She is adorable. Take all the pics you can, before she starts telling you no!

thats my plan i was just telling someone that i figure i only have a limited # of years that she'll let me take so many pictures of her so i'm taking advantage while i can!

thanks for the comments! i was hoping some of the shots w/ the bigger bubbles would have turned out better but timing wasn't there i guess so the little ones will have to do for now
