Default Took some pics today....

I know that I am needing critiquing and or pointers. So I know this may be the wrong section. I have been hesitant to have people edit my work but now I have realized I need it to grow. So if it is ok with everyone I would love to start again and show some work. here are some shots from today.

These are the opposite of boring. Very unique and creative shots. Love the depth of field in the first one and the contrasting colors...black/dark red. Very nice!

Quite the opposite, they are very beautiful. I especially like the first one.

I really like the first one! The second one is good too, but I'd like to see the leaf (kelp?) just pop out a bit more, it looks a bit flat but its still a nice shot.

I think you need to be more specific on what kind of "picking" you'd like, is it some setting on your camera? other then that its art, its what you like, your pics (the ones you have here in your post) are great, noting wrong with them at all. I kind of figure if I like a pic so will everyone else.

thanks everyone. The kelp was brought down in brightness and then I brought up the contrast. I didn't do anything but crop the first one. I think I want a polarizing lens.

Interesting shots. I especially like the mussels in the first one. It looks even better large. Very nice.
