It is a Halo or an Angel

Here is an image of the new Shanghai World Financial Center, currently one of the 4 tallest buildings in the world. It has the highest viewing platform at 474 m (1,555 ft) high, on the 100th floor. On occasion as the sunrises, if the air quality is just right (somewhat polluted in believe) the sun reflects off it's angled window glass and out into the pollution creating a Halo effect as can be seen in this image. I assure you no treatment was added other than some work to enhance the contrast.

Not the best quality image as foolishly I rushed to take the shot on my way to work and didn't adjust ISO, so the image was taken at 400 from the previous nights setting. Had I adjusted it would have been a cleaner less noisy image. Anyway please give me your thoughts.
