Default Louisiana Saturday Night

We had a crawfish boil late Saturday afternoon. The weather was fantastic...as were the crawfish!

Man, those're some tasty looking crawfish. I'm from Shreveport, and I remember getting crawfish when I first moved here. I love this place. Great shot!

Pjflan, you don't know what you are missing. I was transplanted to Baton Rouge from Connecticut. I made a decision to try all the local fare, ie; crawfish, catfish, alligator, etc. Everything was great to the palette maybe not the eyes. Now I live in North Texas and still look forward to some crawfish boils every year.

Dlthibo: suck dem heads an pinch dos tails.

Nice shots!

You're making me homesick! (born in N.O., grew up in Covington). Love and miss the crawfish.

They look delicious.

Love the expression on the little guys face in the last one...the crawfish look nice in photo..not sure if id eat them...NO to catfish they are so ugly and they remind me of cobbler back in austalia I much prefer salt water fish....i have tried a TINY bit of alligator tail...like a lot of things it tasted like chicken lol
