What an interesting question.
I read somewhere that the essentials of happiness are, something to do, something to love, and something to hope for.
I'm pretty lucky Ian, I have all three sorted

cheers beach

Buddy, I always lope along happy as a lark .. the LOML is happy that I'm going golfing with our 2 boys tmw .. and guaranteed there'll be a "honey-do" list waiting on us when we get back .. I hope it's short .. that pretty much covers the 3 essentials you laid out in a different order , eh?

Hi Jack... I tried golf a few times. I really enjoyed the nice walk in beautiful surroundings but that little white ball... Nice photo, kind of wraps it all up?

and here's hoping for fresh air, that you're not last in the shower so there's lots of hot water, and maybe a nice Sunday roast..
