Found an old set of extension tubes today, which I havent really ever played with ever, but after reading how to's and tutorials on here, I thought it was a great sunny day to try some outdoor macro work just outside my front door.
![]() ![]() ![]() Took about 120 photos until I got settings and technique starting to work in my favour. Take using Nikon D200 + SB200 with a Sigma 70mm Prime with 31mm Extension Tube. F11/60th/ISO250

Aren't they fun to play with ?? All of the pics are great, I really like the 2nd one. The colors are sharpness are fantastic. I tried getting a couple of bee shots yesterday too and they didn't come out nearly as well as this !

Thanks Chip and Teedlepeep, I must admit I can't stop grinning, I did not expect to get results this quick, all down to the hows to's and tutorials on here. Thanx for the great comments.
Regards David
