PineCone Blues
Took this photo with my new 50mm Prime lens. I like how the "blue" colors came out in the background... I don't remember it looking like that when I took the shot.
I really like this new lens, it was cheap and is fun to use...although I need much more practice

Thanks everyone
I really do enjoy this lens. I could see the DoF with my "kit lens" but nothing like this one, makes for some creative shots. Now I am going to try some landscape and night shots with the 50mm, just for fun.

Great shot... I love pine trees and cones. Nice colors and DoF. I'm gonna have to get me a fifty.

Oh, don't you LOVE the bokeh you get with the 50mm? This is gorgeous. I love the mix of blues, greens and browns. Lovely!
