Default The Leaning Tower of Pisa

More Italy trip shots. This time from Pisa. The well manicured lawn surrounds the tower, cathedral and baptistery. In my opinion, there's not much else to see/do in Pisa but it was worth a quick stop.

The tower.

Yet another view of the tower.

We decided not to take any pictures trying to "hold up" the tower.
Thanks for looking.

Hey tjp, I think you need to pp the pictures of the tower, you may want to try straightening them. Only kidding and everyone has heard it before. Serious now. These are excellent capotures. The contrast with the buildings and the sky is so good and all with great detail. This very nice work my friend.

Jake.

I know - it really is hard when you're used to straightening horizons and such to leave this alone. Thanks for your comments.

Thanks a lot. The tower actually had a few different architects that each tried to correct the leaning. So the tower actually has a different tilt at three different places.

Nice shots! The beautiful blue sky behind the buildings just adds to their beauty!
