Hey guys.
I've been wanting to experiment with the light coming in from the window in the Family Room for a while. I positioned her against the wall next to the window with no fill from the other side, and she did a cute little pose she came up with. I love how her arms act as Diagnol Lines to lead the viewers eye to her face. My Canon 50mm 1.8 recently broke, so I was forced to use my Kit Lens which actually suprised me this time around. Here's the picture.

i think you did a great job. i myself is a big fan of window lights and make use of it a lot. sorry for what happened to your 1.8 but i guess your kit did well too! keep it up!
