Wow, I would not have said these were first attempts. They are truly excellent and well up to your usual standard of fine photography. They both look so happy. Is this a first child for them? I doesn't look as if it will be long before you are going to be doing a baby shoot too. Super work jeff. There is no end to your wonderful talent.

again thanks jake. you always make me look forward to reading your comments. there are actually 2 babies in there! i couldnt do that yoga pose with my own belly let alone with two 8 1/2 yr old babies inside me!

These shots are fantastic. So natural and you can really feel their happiness. The third picture especially is so intimate. I would not have thought they were your first attempt either. I hope my first attempt at maternity shots turn out as wonderful as these
