If you open these latches, do they take you time traveling to another era? They look as though they could. The shapes and textures are lovely. I've heard of letters. Wasn't that a form of communication back in the olden days?

I love the textures that you have captured in these excellent shots from the old doors. It is great how they stand the test of time. I wouldn't like to be the one who attempts to get the screws out lol.. That is one spooky keyhole too. Nice work moi of these very interesting sujects.. Can't wait for the house details.
